## West Virginia Almost Heaven

Fill out the following digital waivers and print out the confirmation for ACE adventures. You will not be able to print anything off for Hocking Hills, so just complete the waiver.

Follow the instructions below:

1.  Click “Get Started.”
2.  Under “Please enter the date you have booked for” enter the  
    date based on your trip (see specific dates below)
3.  Select “Original” Canopy Tour”, next select 12:40 p.m. as the  
    time slot, then fill out the rest of the waiver.
4.  Once you’ve completed the waiver, you’re good to go! You likely will not receive a confirmation email.

         Trip 3: **June 12**  
         Trip 4: **June 19**  
         Trip 5: **June 26**  
         Trip 6: **July 3**

1.  Click “Start Waiver Process.”
2.  Fill out your email address to make an account. Once you’ve finished, you will log in
3.  Make sure to click the green “add a minor” button and fill out the Builder’s information
4.  Make sure to click, “Signing for Minor(s) only.” 
5.  Initial all spots on the yellow document
6.   The waivers should be emailed to you. Print out both and bring the physical copy with you on your trip
