Last year’s registration for 2025 filled up fast. Nearly every spot was taken during Registration Week, with 300+ added to the waitlist. Want to join us in 2026? Be ready. Registration Week is your best chance to get a spot. Next year will be the biggest summer yet.
2026 HXP Registration week will run from December 1-5, 2025. Builders will be able to register on specific days during this week, based on their age as of September 1, 2026.
Beginning November 5th, Summer 2026 trip locations will go live on the website. Builders and Parent Builders will be able to create an account, read and sign HXP policies, add up to 20 trips to a preference list, and make the $500 deposit to prepare for the lottery during registration week. (If you have already created an account in a previous year, you do not need to create a new one)
Parent Builders: sign up during Registration Week for $500-$1,500 off your trip (discount varies by trip). This is valid during Registration Week ONLY so don’t miss it!
Come back during registration week on your assigned registration day to update your preference list. This will maximize your chances of being placed on a preferred trip.
Builders will receive an email with their trip status by the next morning.
Post Registration Week Updates
Did you miss Registration Week but are still interested in attending? It’s not too late! We continue to run the lottery each weekday morning at 10:00 AM MST until are spots are filled.
The first thing you are going to want to do is create an account. Click here for a full registration tutorial. Once your account is created, polices are signed, and the deposit is paid, you will run through the lottery. After running through the lottery, you will be notified that you have either been placed on a trip or been waitlisted.
REALLY want to get on a trip? Bring a Parent Builder!!! For each Parent Builder spot, we reserve a spot for their child as well so that you can go together! Learn more about the Parent Builder experience here.

Our incredible Trip Leaders have always set our organization apart. Behind every life-changing experience is an amazing leader—they truly are our secret sauce! They not only go above and beyond to love Builders as their own, but they also serve as mentors, motivators, and supporters before, during, and after trips.
If there’s a person that you would most want to influence you or your child and also fits our application requirements, please let them know why you think so highly of them and encourage them to apply (we hire on a rolling basis, so the sooner they apply, the better chance they’ll have of being accepted!)

PARENT BUILDERS:
Over the years we have seen these trips become an opportunity for parents to have an incredible experience with their child, but parents of registered Youth Builders aren’t the only people that are able to sign up as a Parent Builder, so the opportunity is also available to aunts/uncles, grandparents, cousins, and family friends (35 age minimum). You’ll become a mentor, friend, confidant, and support system to the most amazing youth.
As a Parent Builder, you will have the opportunity to not only have a life-changing experience but also to share it with your child. The trip is designed so that you interact with and love all of your Builders, not just your child. This trip is exhausting in the most incredible way—you’ll get to keep up with the teenage pace in all the activities planned while forming relationships that will last forever.

BUILDERS:
HXP trips are designed to be exhilarating, exhausting, and unforgettable. You’ll push full speed ahead from the beginning to the end of your trip, so get ready to roll up your sleeves! You’ll be strengthening your work ethic, your relationships with your Heavenly Father and Savior, and your love for people.
Domestic trips are a little shorter than international trips and have a similar, but condensed structure that yields the same incredible experiences and results as longer trips. We’ve seen a real need close to home and have been amazed by the enthusiasm and faith demonstrated by this age group.
