Do I need a passport for a Domestic Trip?
If you are attending one of the HXP Domestic trips, then you do not need a passport. If you are traveling from another country and do not have a U.S. passport, then you will need a passport to get to your meet-up airport. Check what airport you will be meeting at on your respective trip page linked in the Domestic Trip button below.
When is my passport due for an international trip?
If you are on an international trip, your passport is due on . For those that have had to expedite getting a new passport, this will shorten the process to 4-6 weeks, but please get this process started as soon as possible.
Does HXP plan my domestic flight to the meet-up airport?
No, HXP does not plan your connecting flight, nor does it coordinate flight plans with other Builders coming from your area. You will need to find a way to get to your meetup airport four hours before your trip’s flight departs. Once your GroupMe starts, you will be able to talk with other Builders in your GroupMe about which flights they are taking so you can potentially purchase flights together.
HXP will only cover your international flights and other transport once you have officially met up with your Trip Leader.
What if I have questions about my specific itinerary?
