Explore the trips
2027 trips go live November 4. Browse the destinations and build your list of up to 20 trip preferences before registration week.

Find your day
Each day of registration week opens to a different age group, oldest first. Check the calendar below for your day.

Register on your day
Sign in to the registration portal with the Youth Builder's and a parent's full name, email, phone number, and address. You'll agree to HXP's policies and pay the $500 deposit.

Get placed
After registration week, the lottery runs each weekday at 9 AM MST and tries to place you on one of your 20 trip preferences. If they're all full, you go on the waitlist.
Registration week · one age group per day
Your registration day is based on the age you'll be on September 1, 2027. After registration week, the lottery keeps running until every spot fills.

Which trips you can go on is based on your age on the first day of your trip. As long as you're in the range by then, you're good to go.
