HXP Financial Aid Program
We are excited to announce that we’ll be continuing our Financial Aid Program for 2026.
This program, provided by several very generous donors, provides an opportunity to attend HXP trips for parents and/or youth from low income families that would normally be unable to participate.
If you’ve felt the impact of an HXP trip—or know someone who has—you understand how life-changing these experiences can be. Even if you don’t personally need financial aid, we invite you to prayerfully consider who in your life might benefit from this opportunity and encourage them to apply.
**APPLICATIONS DUE BY NOVEMBER 11th.**
Financial Aid Application Who Can Apply?
- Youth Builders: Teenagers 14-19 years old during the duration of their HXP Trip
- Domestic Trips are for Builders 14-16, International Trips are for Builders 16-19
- Parent Builders: A parent/guardian accompanying their teenager on the HXP Trip
- Qualify based on financial need *details in application
- Agree to follow all HXP rules outlined in the Builder Agreement & Dealbreakers.
What is included in the Financial Aid?
- The cost of the HXP Trip
- Airfare from your local airport to the HXP meet-up location
What am I responsible for paying?
- Potential costs to complete HXP Builder Checklist (notarizing a document, doctors note, etc.)
- Any necessary supplies, luggage or clothes for the HXP trip
- Passport Application Fee (International HXP trip only)
- Optional: souvenir money
- For Parent Builders: Background Check Fee (~$25)
Financial Aid Deadlines
When do I need to apply?
November 11th: Applications will close
November 24th: Acceptances will be sent out & Financial Aid Information packet will be sent outStarting December 1st: Financial Aid recipients will register for their 2026 HXP Trip
