2026 Parent Builder Training
Hello 2026 Parent Builders and welcome to HXP! We are so grateful and excited to have you join us this summer on an HXP trip. We know that as your work with your Trip Leaders, you will both create and have a life changing experience for yourself and the Youth Builders on your trip. In order to prepare and have the best experience possible, each Parent Builder is required to attend a MANDATORY IN-PERSON (in Utah) or virtual (outside of Utah) interactive training session. Returning Parent Builders may opt to join an abbreviated 1.5 hour training session!

Tuesday, May 12, 6-9pm – HXP HQ
Saturday, May 16, 1-4 – Centerville
Thursday, May 28, 6-9pm – HXP HQ
VIRTUAL TRAINING ONLY PERMITTED FOR PARENTS OUTSIDE OF UTAH

Saturday, May 16, 1-4pm MDT
Returning Parent Builder Trainings
Saturday, May 2 from 2:00 – 3:30 – Centerville
A Zoom options will be available only for Parent Builders outside of Utah.
Training Details
As a reminder, we will be taking note of who is in attendance. For Zoom participants outside of Utah, cameras must be on for the entirety of the training. Please be on time, plan to focus your full attention, and be prepared for an interactive meeting.
